A leading global Oil & Gas organization seeks a highly experienced Pump Engineering Consultant to join a leading Rotating Equipment Division, providing expert technical support, driving innovation, and shaping engineering standards for critical pumping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and maintenance of pump and seal technologies and standards.
- Support capital projects through all engineering phases (from feasibility to detailed design).
- Perform system assessments, modelling, and simulations to enhance reliability and performance.
- Investigate equipment failures, deliver innovative solutions, and introduce emerging technologies.
- Mentor young engineers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

-A  Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's degree are preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas handling rotating equipment, with more focus on pumps/pumping systems
- Related international professional certifications, such as a Vibration Analyst, are preferred.
- Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally.
