We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join one the Planning and performance department of one of world's leading multinational companies in the oil & gas Industry.

Responsibilities
1.Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to business plan preparation, performance tracking measurement, performance analysis and accountability reporting.

2.Conducts special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes workflows.

3.Provides supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular
and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM
analytical practice.

4.Performs the principal duties as stated focused on risk management: Acts as the business's principal advisor to ensure that risk management processes are efficient, effective, and integrated. Assists in identifying gaps in the governance and control environment within the business, and in formulating and implementing solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

12 years of related experience in planning and performance management roles in the oil & gas industry is preferred.

Interest in relocation in Saudi Arabia through an expatriate package is a must

English B2-C1 is a must

Solid knowledge in Business Intelligence tools is a must.

Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel.
