We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Mexico City (Anzures, Darwin)

A fast-growing company in the tech and digital services sector is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its commercial team. This role is critical in fueling the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and building relationships with high-impact B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus 100% on prospecting and qualifying leads

• Cold call to open and engage large B2B accounts

• Schedule meetings and manage initial conversations for the sales team

• Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up

• Create initial proposals and hand off clear briefs to the account team

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and commercial team to help drive deal closures

Requirements

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, tax, or SaaS sectors

• Intermediate English level

• Experience with CRM systems and consultative sales methodologies

• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

• A hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
