Project Manager (Product Deployment) – São Paulo, Brazil | On-Site + 70% Travel Across LATAM

A leading industrial technology company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge manufacturing software across Latin America. The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil and requires up to 70% travel to countries including Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager (Product Deployment Lead), you’ll oversee the implementation of advanced software solutions on factory floors. This includes managing a technical squad, planning deployments, coordinating hardware and software installations, and ensuring successful launches.

You'll work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime in manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of manufacturing software solutions at client sites.

  • Manage a team including Factory Automation Engineers and Data Integration Specialists.

  • Coordinate with software developers to ensure accurate installation and performance.

  • Engage with factory stakeholders: plant leadership, operators, IT, and maintenance teams.

  • Handle planning, procurement, automation setup, data integration, and post-launch monitoring.

  • Manage project timelines, scope, budget, and risk across multiple deployments.

 Candidate Profile:

  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil and available for frequent travel across Latin America.

  • 3+ years of project management experience (software deployment or industrial environments preferred).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable leading technical teams and working hands-on in factory settings.

  • Experience using tools like Jira, Slack, or similar enterprise systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PM certifications are a plus.

  • Fluent in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong asset.

  • Travel: Up to 70% to client factories across Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil
