We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Security Investigation Specialist to join a leading organization in Jubail. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in industrial security—not corporate—who are experienced in conducting sensitive investigations and ensuring safety and compliance in both workplace and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations into reported cases of theft, fraud, vandalism, bribery, forgery, misbehavior, and fights occurring on company property or in community areas.

• Prepare and submit thorough investigation reports to the Security Department Manager and assist in taking appropriate corrective actions.

• Work closely with HR and relevant department heads on cases involving employees, ensuring proper coordination and follow-up.

• Liaise with local law enforcement where necessary, particularly in criminal or escalated matters.

• Resolve conflicts and disputes within the community with patience, diplomacy, and fairness, ensuring all parties are heard.

• Supervise Security Investigators and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Maintain and archive investigation records and provide regular statistical summaries to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Department Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field.

• 6+ years of relevant investigative experience, specifically in industrial environments.

• Solid understanding of investigative procedures, evidence handling, and legal protocols.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• Moderate proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

• Saudi nationals are preferred for this position.
