🔍 Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and implement new features for a growing user base. This role involves technical leadership on large-scale projects, system ownership, mentorship of junior developers, and continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design and development of user-focused features

• Take ownership of systems and ensure their performance and reliability

• Support operational teams in identifying and resolving production issues

• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Mentor junior and intermediate team members through code reviews and feedback

• Promote best practices in software engineering, including scalability and cost efficiency

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects

• Analyze and transform user stories into actionable development tasks

🛠 Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web application security

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and command-line tools (Linux)

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes

• Cloud experience, preferably with AWS, including microservices and RESTful APIs

• Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
