We are looking for a Tech Lead - Frontend Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. You will lead our frontend development efforts, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of scalable applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Guide and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for SEO, performance, and security best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of frontend development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Gatsby.
  • Experience with Material UI, MJML (email templates), Twig (templating), and Netlify Functions.
  • Knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
  • Experience with modern frontend tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, ESBuild).

Location: London, UK (Hybrid: Office + Home)
