Job Summary:
Amman based company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead/Executive with 4 to 5 years of experience in selling recurring revenue services, ideally in HR solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Saudi market and a proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients. Based in Amman, Jordan with frequent travel, primarily to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for payroll outsourcing services.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
- Build relationships with HR, finance, and decision-makers in companies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Leverage existing networks to generate leads and opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and report progress to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Work on contract renewals and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in recurring services.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment.
- Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives, HR directors, and finance teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- CRM proficiency for tracking leads and sales activities, preferably in SalesForce.
