Job Description:

We are looking for a medical insurance billing specialist to work remotely for a company dedicated to supporting healthcare personnel with managing their billing. The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks related to the insurance billing department, primarily for U.S. insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate medical insurance billing with various insurance companies in the United States.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and manage the resolution of discrepancies.
• Constant communication with insurance companies to ensure that invoices are processed correctly and on time.
• Review and verify payments received from insurers, ensuring they match the invoices sent.
• Resolve billing issues, answer inquiries, and provide support to both medical staff and insurers.
• Maintain an updated record of transactions and payments made.
• Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of insurance billing in the United States.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize billing processes and ensure service efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance billing for U.S. companies.
• Knowledge and experience with billing systems and insurance procedures in the United States.
• Conversational English to effectively communicate with insurance companies and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues in a dynamic environment.
