We are looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and experience working in a hybrid or remote environment. This role requires close collaboration with clients to gather requirements, configure Workday HCM solutions, and provide functional support across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday HCM Implementation: Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business processes, provide recommendations, and configure Workday solutions according to their needs.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Design functional solutions within Workday HCM, document business requirements, and configure the system accordingly.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, conduct unit testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday implementations and upgrades.
• End-User Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to end users on Workday functionalities and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Project Management: Participate in the planning and coordination of activities, working with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Post-Implementation Support: Offer post-go-live support to ensure the system functions properly and resolve any operational issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend optimizations and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Reporting.
• Expertise in Workday configuration, business process design, security setup, and report creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients at various levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Workday HCM certification (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, with occasional client visits if needed.
