Real Estate Commercial Advisor (Brussels, Belgium)

A real estate company, with over 50 years of experience, is currently expanding its commercial team. We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic professionals to join the Commercial Team in Brussels. If you have a strong passion for real estate and sales, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

What you´d be doing:

  • Contribute to the commercial development of the Belgian market
  • Advise and build strong relationships with Belgian real estate agents interested in selling our properties
  • Maintain continuous contact with potential clients, assisting them in their journey to purchase a home in Spain
  • Visit our real estate developments in Spain to gain product knowledge and establish training plans for collaborating agencies

What we´re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
  • Strong negotiation skills
