Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive end-to-end delivery and Transformation core priorities. This role will play a critical part in digital transformation initiatives, providing governance through hands-on leadership of Scrum Masters.

What you´d be doing:

  • Oversee cross-functional technical programs, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines from conception to prototype delivery
  • Provide coaching to Scrum Masters, promoting specific tools, frameworks, and processes aligned with DevSecOps
  • Proactively resolve logistical, technical, and procedural challenges to ensure seamless execution of transformation programs
  • Lead efforts to optimize SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and deliver high-quality software efficiently

What we´re looking for:

  • SAFe expertise with practical experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Azure DevOps expertise, particularly in Pipeline Strategy
  • 14+ years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in roles such as Delivery Lead or Technical Program Manager
  • Proven track record of successful delivery in CPG teams or top-tier consulting environments

Work Arrangement: Full-time, remote. Preferred location: Guadalajara.
