Are you passionate about talent development and ensuring compliance with labor laws? If you have experience in the financial or insurance sectors and a strategic approach to Human Resources, this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Position: HR Business Partner (HR BP)
🔹 Location: London (Hybrid Work)
🔹 Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting talent management and organizational development.
✔️ Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and other relevant markets, collaborating with external legal advisors when necessary.
✔️ Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract diverse, high-quality talent aligned with the company’s goals.
✔️ Manage performance evaluations and develop professional growth plans to foster internal talent development.
✔️ Collaborate on the design and review of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
✔️ Develop HR KPIs and reports to monitor the progress of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

🔹 University degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related fields. A specialization in Labor Law is a plus.
🔹 At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years as an HR BP in the financial or insurance sectors.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of UK labor laws.
🔹 Languages: Advanced level of both English and Spanish.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and talent management skills.
