Scrum Master with ADO experience

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master! In this position you will partner in facilitating product/program-related agile events and maintain essential product/program artifacts. Also, you will collaborate with Product Ownership to deliver a prioritized backlog.

🛠 What you´d be doing:

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with agile team roles, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure execution alignment.
  • Demonstrate servant leadership by educating teams on self-organization and Lean-Agile practices.
  • Partner with senior leadership and technology partners to deliver prioritized innovations that align with PepsiCo’s priorities.
  • Drive Azure DevOps best practices across products and programs.

💼 What we´re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Information Systems Management.
  • 5+ years of work experience or 2-3 years in CPG delivery teams or a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps is a must.
  • SAFe (or equivalent) Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Proven project management experience, including balancing schedules, costs, and timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience leading Scrum/Agile team events and supporting PI Planning events is a plus.
