Group Senior Manager
Are you a proactive and collaborative audit professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a global organization? Global trade company is looking for a dynamic Group Senior Manager – Business Audit to join our Group Internal Audit (GIA) team!
About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you will lead and manage high-quality audits across our diverse portfolio. Your role will include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with executive and senior management, providing insights that enhance our governance and operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Complex Audits: Manage and execute comprehensive audits, both onsite and remotely, ensuring thorough planning and reporting.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portion of the business audit portfolio, including ongoing risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with management and external auditors.
- Special Projects: Lead governance, risk, and compliance consulting activities and business process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of audit policies and quality assurance measures.
- Beyond the Audit: Participate in improvement projects aligning with GIA’s transformation strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Degree in a relevant field and professional financial qualification (e.g., ACA, CPA, CIMA).
- Experience: 7-10 years in audit, with 3-5 years in Internal Audit management. Experience in logistics and/or maritime industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of data analytic tools like Power BI is advantageous.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
