What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels on HR practices and processes, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to foster team cohesion.
  • Ensure compliance with HR state and federal regulations, updating policies as necessary.
  • Support recruitment efforts, coordinating smooth new-hire onboarding across departments for an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and WPFML.
  • Facilitate performance review processes, offering guidance and training to managers and employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and files.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and escalate personnel-related issues as needed.
  • Process bi-monthly payroll through a third-party service.
  • Participate in the Company Safety Committee.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • SHRM-CP certification is required.
