Acquisitions Financial Analyst

Real Estate investment management company from the US is in search for an Acquisitions Financial Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Create financial models, underwriting and analysis of investment opportunities, including complex financial and waterfall analysis.

2. Collect and analyze due diligence materials for new acquisitions.

3. Coordinate due diligence efforts with third parties and consultants and analyze results in comparison with transaction underwriting.


Requirements:

1. Fluency in English is required (C1).

2. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

3. 2 years of work experience as a financial analyst of Real Estate investments.

4. VALID AMERICAN VISA (FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR) IS REQUIRED.

Conditions:

1. Hybrid modality work in Bogotá (Colombia)

2. Availability for full time job.

3. Salary: $5,500,000 COP
