Project Manager

We're seeking a Project Manager for our Remote Cold-Formed Steel Group in Florida, responsible for project management and client development. This role entails growing our presence in the Florida market through managing projects and nurturing client relationships, with a focus on cold-formed steel construction.

Key Responsibilities

This role entails overseeing structural design efforts across multiple projects, focusing on cold-formed steel framing systems for healthcare, commercial, residential, and institutional buildings nationwide. Responsibilities include managing project budgets and schedules, reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, leading a team of Engineers and CAD/BIM Technicians, providing client communication and project management, facilitating business development efforts, and performing structural design and construction administration tasks to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in structural design of cold-formed steel building structures. Some experience with oversight is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of cold-formed steel design and strong working knowledge of AISI standards
• Have ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
• Leadership mentality and ability to work well with others.
• Professional Engineer Licensure required.
• Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs including CFS Designer & RISA.
